Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ripon City Council will hold a public hearing at a meeting on Tuesday, July 08, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Ripon Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Avenue, Ripon, on the following matter: 1. Consideration of adopting a Resolution determining the amount of and approving the levy of the annual assessment for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for the following Assessment Districts: a) Assessment District No. 05-1, commonly known as City of Ripon Lighting District. b) Assessment District No. 89-1, commonly known as Dutch Meadows. c) Assessment District No. 89-2, commonly known as Country Woods Unit No. 2 and Zumstein Estates Subdivision. d) Assessment District No. 92-1, commonly known as Farmland Estates. e) Assessment District No. 94-1, commonly known as Main Street Landscape Maintenance District. f) Assessment District No. 96-1, commonly known as Boesch-Kingery Estates. g) Assessment District No. 98-1, commonly known as Jacob's Landing. h) Assessment District No. 02-1, commonly known as Carolina's Landscape Maintenance District. i) Assessment District No. 07-1, commonly known as Cornerstone 1 Landscape Maintenance District. j) Assessment District No. 17-2, commonly known as Alexandra Place. k) Assessment District No. 17-1, commonly known as The Vineyards. PURSUANT TO SECTION 65009 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN THAT IF SUCH PROPOSED RESOLUTION IS CHALLENGED IN COURT, SUCH CHALLENGE MAY BE LIMITED TO ONLY THOSE ISSUES RAISED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING OR IN WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE DELIVERED TO THE CITY COUNCIL AT OR PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING.
